European head dojo

Practice of the Takumakai style of Daito-ryu commenced in Finland during 1995 in Fudoshin dojo, which is the Takumakai's head dojo in Europe. Finland’s two Takumakai dojos, located in Helsinki, remain the only ones in Europe. So far nowhere else in Europe can you learn real Daito-ryu. However, we are forming study groups in European countries.

Our goal is to provide high quality instruction to anyone with the enthusiasm to learn.

News

10th Anniversary Celebration of Takumakai's New York branch
Fudoshin instructors and members are also performing on June 12th in the Embutaikai (Public Demonstration).

New members are welcome to start to practise Daito-ryu aikijujutsu.
First you can join on basic training classes every Monday 18-20 and Thursday 20-21.30. You can participate on all other trainings after you are confortable with ukemi and basic movements.
